For this challenge you will be assigned to a team and will work with that team to average the most steps per day!

This Valentine’s Day, don’t forget that practicing self-love is important too.

Goal: Total 26.2 miles by the end

A marathon is a long-distance race with a distance of 26.2 miles. The global average completion time for a marathon is around 4 hours and 21 minutes, but who says you need to complete a marathon in just one day? We are giving you seven!

Cardiovascular activity strengthens the heart, wards off illness, and gives your mood a boost. Start reaping these benefits with this challenge by increasing your active minutes each week. Meet these weekly goals to stay in the challenge.

Goal: Average 8,000 steps per day as an individual

Do you have a sweet tooth? We bet you do! For this team challenge, select your favorite candy to join a team and let’s see which team can hustle into 1st place.

This challenge over the holiday season is all about working to better yourself. Strive to beat your own personal record for steps in one day during the challenge. Your day with the highest step total will remain on the leaderboard until you beat it.

To meet the challenge goal, take at least 10,000 steps one day during the challenge.
